Are there any annual fees?
There are no longer any annual fees associated with the Trackem® service.
 
I have a question about charges applied to me by Trackem®.

How come I am not receiving an invoice each month?
Trackem® is a pre-authorized service. Your contract is your initial invoice as well and therefore there are no other invoices generated each month after. All payments will be the same each month thereafter.
 
Can you process my order immediately or speed up my activations?
Trackem® orders are processed as a first come first serve basis. Orders are put into a queue, if your order is not filled in 100% accurate, then your order will be put to the bottom of the queue and you will be contacted at Trackem®’s first available opportunity. If your order comes in at the end of the working day it is possible that it won’t be processed until the next business day. Fax forms in early as possible to ensure timely processing.
 
What will happen if my payments are declined?
Your access to your account will be revoked until payment arrangements have been made and payment is received.
